David Wilson, a Huddersfield ex-pat living in Australia, said: "I've tried fish and chips all over the world but these are the best I think it's the oil they use, in my younger days it was lard they tasted even better.
"I now live in Australia but the first thing I do when I come over for a holiday is hire a car at Manchester airport next stop is Hollowgate Fisheries."
