The food stalls, traders and bars of Huddersfield Food and Drink Festival are set to return to St George’s Square next month.
Whether you fancy an al fresco lunch, want to buy some posh cheese or wine, or fancy watching the bands in the square as the sun goes down, there’s plenty of time during the four-day event to sample everything on offer.
To help you plan your visits, here are the opening times for the festival — including the all-important last orders call!
Festival opening times:
Thursday August 6 — 11am-8pm, last orders 7.30pm;
Friday August 7 — 10am-10pm, last orders 9.30pm — Festival at Dusk entertainment 6pm-10pm
Saturday August 8 — 10am-10pm, last orders 9.30pm — Festival at Dusk entertainment 6pm-10pm;
Sunday August 9 — 10.30am-4.30pm, last orders 4pm.
If you fancy a taste of the festival but can’t wait until August, the Real Ale and Cocktail Trail is now running across 18 town centre pubs and bars.
If you make your way round ten of the featured venues, you can claim a FREE engraved festival glass at the King’s Head or at the festival.
