MARSDEN-BASED artist Dez Wilson has been a regular visitor to the Far East for 25 years.

It’s been an inspiration for his drawings and paintings.

His latest works from Thailand and Laos are on show to coincide with this weekend’s Marsden Jazz Festival. There’s also much more – such as the pen drawings of Marsden which adorn a new calendar.

His portfolio also includes watercolours from Rye in Sussex and Conway in north Wales and one of wild horses which he saw in South Dakota.

Dez’s exhibition is in the upper room of Marsden Liberal Club tomorrow (10.30am-5.30pm) and Sunday (1.30pm-5.30pm).
