Leeds Festival bow
UP-and-coming indie-rock group Scars on 45 will get Leeds Festival revellers going.
The band, who are fronted by Heckmondwike’s Danny Bemrose, a former Huddersfield Town trainee, have been announced for the Dance To The Radio stage for the evening before the main festival.
Scars on 45 have been touring America for the last two years, have performed on the ‘Jay Leno show’, and their debut album was picked as one of the top ten albums of 2012 by Amazon.
The band will return from the States next week to play Bradford’s Utopia on August 10.
