A BAND tipped by the man who signed Madonna and The Ramones is set to play Huddersfield.

Echotape, pictured right, who were praised by Seymour Stein, are launching their UK tour at the Zetland on Wednesday, just two days after their debut album “Collective” produced by Killing Joke bassist and producer Youth, is released.

Support comes from Irish rockers The Plea and Huddersfield groups Forever Cult and Ferals.
