IT’S official. The last week in January is the most depressing week of the year.

But Holmfirth’s Turn Again Theatre aims to put the sunshine back into the grey days with a smile inducing panto.

The company aims to turn up the temperature with a fun packed version of the Snow Queen which opens in Holmfirth on Wednesday (January 25).

The show will feature live music, courtesy of local punk band Age of Paranoia plus a colourful assortment of characters.

Those characters include two pantomime dames; colourful costumes, a team of dancers and a script packed with jokes, banter and tonnes of audience participation.

Join Turn Again Theatre at Holmfirth Civic Hall next week to boo the Snow Queen and her cohorts and cheer the Dame and friends.

The show is directed by Lisa Kendall.

Evening performances are at 7.15pm from Wednesday to Friday. On Saturday there are performances at 2pm and 6pm.
