It's the final curtain call for Strictly Come Dancing favourites Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace.

The Last Tango will be their final show — and it's going to be an emotional tour.

"We're happy we were able to tour together for six years," said Flavia. "This is a beautiful show, it's probably our favourite. We do get a lot of teary-eyed people at the stage door at the end, which is nice."

The Last Tango, at Leeds Grand Theatre Tuesday May 3 - Saturday May 7, explores the life of George, from meeting his partner in the 1920s through the highs and lows of their life together.

Flavia said: "There's happy moments and sad moments, it's a bit of a journey."

Flavia and Vincent work hard on creating their touring shows, from coming up with the story to selecting music, the additional cast, choreography and dance styles.

Flavia said they were proud of their final show together, the last in the trio including Midnight Tango and Dance 'Til Dawn .

"It's a really charming story," she said.

But what's next for the Argentine Tango Champions?

"We've got a lot of things in the pipeline," Flavia said. "We're doing pantomime in December — the worlds largest pantomime at the Barclays Arena in Birmingham and at Wembley Arena. It's very different to what we have done before.

"We're in talks about lots of different projects."

Flavia also hopes to spend more time working on her tanning range, By Flavia.

But the bond she shares with dance partner Vincent will continue.

"We've danced together for 21 years," she said, "so we've grown up together, we met when we were teenagers.

"We've got the passion for dance, it's kept going, it's the reason we are able to do eight shows a week, and coupled with the 21 years' experience we have got it makes it much easier."

Flavia added that she was looking forward to returning to Leeds next month.

"I love Leeds, she said. "It's a very buzzing city, and it's great for shopping, which I love!"
