Huddersfield Carnival 2015 took over the town centre in an explosion of colour, sound and dance.
Tens of thousands lined the streets to watch the parade floats and dancers make their way through town in dramatic, brightly-coloured costumes.
Energetic music boomed from ground-shaking sound systems in a celebration of African Carribbean culture and the party continued with live music, traditional Caribbean food and cocktails in St George's Square.
