Mum's verdict
I don’t know why people have a problem with it, it’s a small can of Coke at the end of the day it’s hardly going to make your teeth fall out. I was really excited when I saw in the Examiner that the truck was coming, so I’ve bought my son along.” - Linthwaite mum Fiona Bellhouse
A very specific gripe here...
@Samantha_Gildea @Examiner would be ok if it was the Coke truck which is actually a KENWORTH and NOT a scania T cab ,shame on Coke

Queue woes
@Samantha_Gildea @Examiner ridiculously long.

The Examiner's own Paul Stevens is there...
Huddersfield weatherman Paul Stevens has gone for a look:
Not everyone's a fan...
Probably one of the strongest symbols of capitalist culture. A big truck with a name of a sugary drink on the side that everyone wants a picture with.” - Instagrammer Harryrlees
40 minute queues...
Oof, so here’s a queue update - apparently Nathan waited for 40 minutes!
40 minutes stood for this!!” - Instagrammer Nathanjsmyth
Gulp... bit extreme
Cheerful fellow...
@Samantha_Gildea @Examiner All I know is that anyone in it should be exterminated.

2 hours to go!
The Coca Cola Truck is in Huddersfield for two more hours... until 8pm.
Don’t panic if you haven’t been able to see it today — you can also catch the Coca Cola truck at the Victoria Gardens in the Headrow, Leeds, on Thursday December 10 , noon-8pm.
