When is Cyber Monday and where can I expect to find the best deals?

If hordes of shoppers is enough to put you off Black Friday then maybe the prospect of some online shopping is more suited to you.

The UK's biggest e-commerce retail day - known as Cyber Monday - is just around the corner. The event promises amazing deals just like Black Friday but all the sales are online instead.

Savvy shoppers can expect to find deals on electricals, games and homeware.

Here's everything you need to know.

When is Cyber Monday?

Cyber Monday will fall on November 27. It comes three days after Black Friday (November,24) which is regarded as the UK's biggest shopping event.

Where can I find the best deals?

Tesco

According to the Mirror Online Tesco has announced it will be having 11 days worth of Black Friday sales this year. It is likely to include Cyber Monday deals too, as the shopping bonanza will take place during this period.

Last year the supermarket's most bought in its sales event included Dyson vacuums, LG and Samsung TVs, HP laptops and coffee machines.

Currys and PC World

Currys and PC World has already set up its webpage ready for the big day. The retailer has confirmed it will have deals on laptops, mobiles and tablets. Keep an eye out here for when the deals go live on Cyber Monday.

Amazon

Last year, online retailer Amazon spread its Black Friday deals over 12 days, with offers and bargains also falling on Cyber Monday.

It's important to bear in mind, that although Amazon's discounts are amazing there is limited availability on products, so if there's already something you want you'll have to act quickly on the day.

Amazon also does flash sales know as Lightning Deals - these are time-limited offers and they will appear on the site unannounced throughout the day. To keep on top of these check the site regularly to see what's on offer.

John Lewis

The department store run a sales weekend which starts on Black Friday and runs through until Cyber Monday. Last year prices were slashed across the board from perfumes, to homeware and electricals.

GAME

Last year GAME slashed prices on Fifa 17 and PS4, although nothing has been confirmed the retailer may drop the price of Fifa 18 this year. The highly anticipated game is due to be released this week and has an RRP of £49.99.
