Last week we set out to find Huddersfield's favourite festive film .

Focusing on films that feature a Christmas story, rather than movies that are set around Christmas time such as Die Hard, we started a poll to see which would come out on top.

Movies that missed out on the top spot include The Grinch, Bad Santa, Love Actually, The Nativity, A Charlie Brown Christmas and Jingle All The Way.

But which film was crowned king of the festive favourites?

Were the older Christmas classics popular enough to top the modern day movies that have become regular viewing during the festive season?
