The nights are drawing in, the temperature falling and Christmas carols abound - so it's the perfect time to think about 2015's Lindley 10k!
The event will be held on Sunday, June 28 in 2015.
The race will again start and finish near the library on Lidget Street.
in 2014's event just under 200 people took part in the adult section while more than 100 children enjoyed the shorter 2k race.
Runners are expected to take the same route in 2015 - from the library on Lidget Street and on to West Street and along Weatherhill Road and Lindley Moor Road.
Then it's onto New Hey Road, then Edgerton Grove Road, Edgerton Road and Halifax Road before crossing the finishing line back at the start.
