Mad Friday is here — revellers will be descending on Huddersfield Town to celebrate one of the biggest nights out before Christmas.

Some lucky folk will have finished their final shift of 2015 and heading out with colleagues to spread some Christmas cheer.

We're predicting Christmas jumpers, Santa hats, classic festive tunes and a crush to get to the bar — are you out this afternoon? Share your snaps with us on Facebook and Twitter!

Remember to drink responsibly, look after your mates and, in the festive spirit, harbour goodwill to all mankind.

Follow our liveblog for the latest from town this Mad Friday.

Enjoy your night!

Karaoke: The hardest Christmas songs to sing!

Do you want a real karaoke challenge tonight? Try Fairytale of New York or Lonely This Christmas.
The Examiner’s data unit looked at the sheet music of some of the most popular festive songs to see which ones require the widest vocal ranges.
If you want to sing the words to Lonely This Christmas, as performed by glam-rock band Mud, you’ll need a range of nearly three octaves to hit all the notes.
The same vocal range applies to Fairytale of New York - although the bittersweet Pogues classic does feature male and female vocals from Shane MacGowan and Kirsty MacColl respectively.
