IT is not, dear reader, a problem I am likely to face anytime soon but there may be those of you reading this who need to know of the latest developments in Saudi Arabia.

It appears three men have been deported – for being too attractive.

The trio were attending the Jenadrivah Heritage and Culture Festival in Riyadh, the country’s capital, when they were asked to leave.

Their crime? They were so handsome that their chiselled features, it was feared, would lead women into temptation.

In Saudi Arabia that could mean speaking to a man who isn’t a member of your family.

Not content with the men being turfed out of the festival the authorities followed it up by sending them back to Abu Dhabi.

It appears that the official version of why the men were told to hop it is that they were, and I quote, “too handsome and would induce women to fall in love with them”.

Imagine that. While the rest of us have to try and make women laugh, show we’re nice people and do all the usual dating rituals, the chaps in question just reveal their faces and are bombarded with offers.

I’m currently writing a letter to Abu Dhabi asking that they’re not allowed to the UK.

Come on lads, give the rest of us a chance.
