I mention Andrew because he lived with us for a time, in his youth, and is still close to our hearts but has moved so often down south we don't know where he lives any more.
We got a lovely card from him and his wife Linda and their two boys Walter and Albert but don't know if our seasonal greetings found him.
"You did send Andrew and Linda a card," I said to Maria.
"Of course," she said. "Mind you, I don't know if they’ll get it."
"Why?"
"Because we have three addresses for them and I didn’t know which was the right one."
"So what did you do?"
"I sent a card to each address. But I have a funny feeling they moved again."
