Mr J C Medcalf – Dr K R Shaw
Dr Katie Rebecca Shaw and Mr James Coleman Medcalf were married at St John the Evangelist Church, Golcar.
The bride is the daughter of Mr and Mrs D Shaw, of Warwick Avenue, Golcar, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr and Mrs P Medcalf, of The Grove, Marton, Middlesbrough.
The ceremony was performed by Canon Martin Crompton.
The best man was Bertie Hazell, and the groomsmen were Scott Andrew Shaw, the bride’s brother, and Philip Medcalf, the bridegroom’s brother.
The bridesmaids were Dr Jill Adamson, Lyndsey Taylor and Dr Jessica Price.
The reception was held at Holdsworth House, Halifax, and the couple will honeymoon on Safari in the Masai Mara in Kenya and Zanzibar.
