Mr S Johnstone – Miss L Bland
Miss Lyndsy Bland and Mr Simon Johnstone were married at Christ Church, New Mill.
The bride is the daughter of Stephen and Carol Bland, of Hollins Road, Oldham, and the bridegroom is the son of Richard and Janine Johnstone, of Calmlands Road, Meltham.
The ceremony was conducted by the Rev Steve Dixon.
The best man was Mark Johnstone, the bridegroom’s brother, and the groomsmen were Craig Greaves, Richard Wilde and Warren Bland, the bride’s brother.
The bridesmaids were Nichola and Kim Taylor, the bride’s cousins and Katy Bland, the bride’s sister-in-law.
The page boys were Luke Bland and Elliott Johnstone.
The reception was held at Cubley Hall, Penistone, and the couple will spend their honeymoon travelling around the east coast of Australia.
