Mr V J Iliffe – Miss C E Platts
Miss Catherine Elizabeth Platts and Mr Vincent James Iliffe were married at Comlongon Castle, Dumfries.
The bride is the daughter of Mr and Mrs D Platts, of Gilthwaites Lane, Denby Dale, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr and Mrs J Iliffe, of Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
The best man was James Whittingham and the groomsmen were Robert Newit and David Lockwood.
The bridesmaids were Anna Woodhead, Laura Ibbotson, the bride’s niece, and Millie Partridge, the bridegroom’s cousin.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Skiathos.
