A SHOP owner is to face trial on 20 counts of selling fake designer goods.
Adam Byram, 42, of Manchester Road, Marsden, appeared before Huddersfield magistrates yesterday.
He was sent for trial at Bradford Crown Court on January 9 on unconditional bail.
Byram, who runs the Cellar Scene clothes shop in Marsden, is accused of selling garments bearing signs likely to be mistaken for registered trademarks.
He pleaded not guilty at an earlier hearing and asked to be sent to crown court for trial by jury.
