DAVID Winterburn has been appointed as the new regional vice-chairman of the Institute of Directors in Yorkshire and the Humber.
Mr Winterburn (pictured) is managing director and founder of executive recruitment specialists Harrison Winterburn Associates. He has been actively involved with the IoD in Yorkshire and the Humber and at a national level for several years, chairing the West Yorkshire branch from 2004 until 2008 when he became a member of the national IoD Council.
