TWO key members of Leeds-based building refurbishment and office fit-out specialists Waterhouse have been promoted to the board of directors after a joint 25 years of loyal service.

Huddersfield-born Leon Wdowczyk (top), design director, joined Waterhouse 11 years ago to head the design department. He previously held key design posts with Fairhurst Architects and Christopher Pratt’s Commercial and brings to the board 30 years of experience.

He attended All Saints’ High School at Bradley before taking the art foundation course at Huddersfield Polytechnic and continuing studies at Newcastle Polytechnic before pursuing a career in commercial 3D design.

Leeds-based John Lomax (also pictured), surveying director brings to the board 37 years of surveying expertise and has worked with the UK’s leading quantity surveying practices. He joined Waterhouse 14 years ago and has spent his entire career in the surveying industry.

Waterhouse, formed in 1853, has become one of the north’s leading office fit out and office refurbishment specialists.
