A BRAND development and graphic design agency in Huddersfield has designed a new website for one of the town’s best-known names.
The Individual Agency, based at Lindley, has devised the new consumer website for Ben Shaws, the soft drinks brand which was founded in Huddersfield and is now owned by Cott Beverages.
It follows work by The Individual Agency to refresh the packaging design and develop the Ben Shaws Favourite Family Chippy Award campaign in 2010.
The website launch coincides with the 140th anniversary of the Ben Shaws brand.
The Individual Agency was commissioned to deliver two websites- one for consumers and one for the trade.
The completed consumer website provides information on the history of Ben Shaws, its products, relevant promotions, stockist information and “Ben’s blog”, which aims to keep consumers up-to-date with the latest news.
The trade website, to be launched this month, will feature reasons on why to stock Ben Shaws, factual product information, sales support, a stockists finder and a question and answer page called “Ask Ben”.
Sundeep Gill, assistant brand manager at Cott Beverages, said: “We’re very excited about the development of the new Ben Shaws website and really wanted to communicate the quality and heritage of the product, provide the most relevant information and encourage interaction with the brand.”
