Better Health at Work stages change management event

FIRMS undergoing changes in uncertain times may benefit from a training course in Kirklees.

Aspley-based Better Health at Work has joined up with Sheffield Hallam University to stage a course on change management training from 9.30am to 4pm on Friday, March 18, at the Textile Centre of Excellence, Red Doles Lane, Huddersfield.

Workplace adviser Ros Sweet said the course would cover issues such as developing practical strategies for change management, overcoming resistance to change and looking at how individuals and groups are affected.
