LAW firm Chadwick Lawrence has cemented its relationship with Huddersfield-based IT agent Brighter Connections – to provide continual legal services in the form of its Employment Support Pack.

Paddock-based Brighter Connections and Chadwick Lawrence’s CLi team have forged close links in recent months and successfully ran a series of three seminars at Chadwick Lawrence’s Wakefield office.

The CLi team, which specialises in intellectual property and information technology, joined forces with Brighter Connections to deliver seminars covering the security risks that IT poses to business and how to mitigate them.

The seminars were very well received by the business community leading both companies to commit to arranging further events in the near future.

Brighter Connections’ signing of an ESP contract with Chadwick Lawrence – which has offices at Railway Street in Huddersfield – now means that the law firm will look after all employment law provisions for the IT company.

ESP provides access to experienced employment lawyers who are up to date with the latest legislation and can ensure that clients are fully compliant with often complex legal requirements.

Darren Stringer, of Brighter Connections, said: “Our relationship with Chadwick Lawrence has been growing for some time and after our successful seminar programme it was a natural step to turn to the law firm for employment support.”

Nicholas Worsnop, of Chadwick Lawrence’s CLi team, said: We’re delighted to welcome Brighter Connections to our ESP client list. The ESP concept is growing throughout the region as more and more employers recognise the benefits of having expert support on employment law.”
