A COMPANY helping drivers steer clear of trouble on the roads has moved to new offices.

Interactive Driving Systems has set up at Pennine Business Park, Bradley, as part of a drive to improve driver safety services to clients including British Gas owner Centrica, BT, Arriva and the Department of Transport.

The firm, which also has offices in New Jersey, USA, was launched in 1995.

It helps client firms improve the driving standards of their employees and reduce the risk of deaths, injuries and damage to cars, trucks, buses and fork lifts.

It helps client companies comply with legal requirements for safety, transport and corporate liability and works with vehicle leasing, driver training, accident management and risk management organisations worldwide.

A spokesman said: “Our new facility enables us to better serve client needs in this critically important area of our business.”

Other facilities at the new premises include a conference centre for client meetings and training events, a call answering system and separate suites for software and support teams.
