A TECHNOLOGY company in Batley has landed a key contract.

Leeds City College has selected Caltech, a leading supplier of customer relationship management systems to install its Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to handle key processes at the college and help it develop further links with its many business customers.

The college is one of the largest and most influential in the country with more than 45,000 students and a turnover of £80m a year.

Paul Titman, the college’s business manager for computing, said: “We expect the move to Microsoft Dynamics CRM to provide significant value for our college.
