A TRANSPORT firm has become the latest tenant to take space at Centre 27 Business Park in Birstall.
Bedfords Transport is renting 2,205sq ft of offices on a seven-year lease. The firm’s arrival follows on from a letting to Compco Fire Systems. Other occupiers include Henry Schein, Freedom Communications and Lloyds TSB.
Landlord LaSalle Investment Management was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle for the Bedfords deal.
Tom Brammeld, of Jones Lang LaSalle’s office agency team in Leeds, said: “This deal brings another quality occupier to the business park.” Jones Lang LaSalle and Sanderson Weatherall are joint leasing agents on Centre 27.
