PROPERTY agent Christie + Co, has completed the sale of a West Yorkshire care home.
Elm Lodge in Wakefield is registered for 17 elderly residents. It has been acquired by Alhambra Care Ltd.
Director Hasim Ravat said: “We are very excited at having purchased an established and well-run residential care home such as Elm Lodge.”
Jonathan Wickens, director at Christie + Co, said: “This confirms that care homes continue to sell. It is a specialist area of the market and essential that correct professional advice is sought by both parties at the outset.”
