PROPERTY consultancy Colliers CRE has boosted its West Yorkshire presence with four new appointments.
Tim Asson joins as director in corporate solutions with responsibility for managing the growth of the firm’s corporate real estate service across Yorkshire and the north-east.
He was formerly managing director of consultancy services at NB Real Estate – formerly Nelson Bakewell – where he established, developed and led one of the UK’s leading corporate occupier teams.
The planning department at Colliers has appointed Duncan Gregory to work on projects for a corporate and planning clients such as Netto Foodstores Ltd and KeyLand Developments. He will provide town planning advice to clients and colleagues.
Faye Robinson takes up the role of sales advisor in the licensed and leisure department. She is responsible for handling new enquiries, maximising website interaction and supporting the team with the sale of more than 150 licensed properties that it is currently dealing with.
After successfully completing a sandwich student placement in 2007 located in Birmingham, Edward Peel rejoins the licensed and leisure department as graduate surveyor.
He will work closely with Andrew Watt, head of the Leeds office, in handling disposals, acquisitions, valuations and rent reviews.
