A MIXED commercial and residential property in the Colne Valley is among the lots being auctioned at a forthcoming property sale.
The property (right) at Market Street in the centre of Milnsbridge generates annual rental income of £23,400 and is being offered at a guide price of £200,000 to £220,000 in the sale to be held on May 12 in Leeds by Eddisons.
It is among 124 lots due to come under the hammer at the two-day sale.
Instructions have been received from LPA receivers, local councils and Yorkshire Water.
The catalogue also includes a vacant former Baptist Church, public houses, development and agricultural land, along with vacant and tenanted retail and residential stock.
Tony Webber, of Eddisons, said: “We have assembled another excellent catalogue which offers a strong mix of residential and commercial lots.
“With the majority of stock priced to sell, it should appeal to buyers looking for viable investment opportunities.”
At its last sale, Eddisons reported that 120 out of 145 lots – 83% – were sold, generating proceeds exceeding £7.9m.
The next sale takes place on May 10 at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park, Manchester, and on May 12 at Leeds United Football Club, Elland Road, Leeds. Both sales start at 12.30pm.
