PROPERTY agents have concluded two more lettings at a prominent city centre site.
The completion of the deals means that just 6,000sq ft of space remains at 49A St Paul’s Street in Leeds. The building is owned by Kelly & Co Solicitors.
Watts, a leading consultant to the property and construction industry, has agreed a three-year lease on 887sq ft of space. In the second deal, financial advisers Prosperis has taken a three-year lease on the building’s second floor.
Tom Brammeld, of joint leasing agents Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “These deals – which follow on from the 2,450sq ft letting to Trend Micro completed late last year – bring two further quality tenants into the building and mean that almost 4,000sq ft of space has been let at 49A St Paul’s House within the last few months.”
Jones Lang LaSalle and Sanderson Weatherall are joint leasing agents for the property.
