CONSTRUCTION and regeneration group Morgan Sindall has landed a £115m city centre contract.

CONSTRUCTION and regeneration group Morgan Sindall has landed a £115m city centre contract.

The group’s urban regeneration division, Muse Developments, will carry out work to create a new business district in Chester .

The announcement comes two days after Morgan Sindall reported a 16% fall in underlying profits to £19.5m in the six months to June 30 – despite an 11% rise in revenues to £1.1bn.
