A legal data specialist has undergone a name change with the launch of the next generation of a market-leading software.
Exen Legal Solutions, based at the Media Centre in Huddersfield, has rebranded as Katchr.
The business helps law firms across the UK to profit from their data by providing management teams with instant access to critical information from across the business.
Founder Graham Moore is continuing to develop his offer to help even more law firms and is also rebranding his software, previously known as Smarteye, under the Katchr name.
He said the new generation of Katchr offered a wealth of new benefits and features, had a new look and feel, had more functionality and was now also mobile to allow management teams to access information on the go.
Graham said: “The benefits of our software are proven. We make use of ‘living data’ to help law firms make accurate, informed and profitable decisions. Previously, a finance director or accountant would spend a week or more compiling and analysing management information. Katchr allows you to do that with a click of a button.
“We are transforming the way law firms work and operate and it is making performance monitoring and data-driven intelligence as essential as invoicing.”
By using Katchr, law firms can improve performance by constantly measuring themselves against key indicators like time recorded, debtors and work in progress. The software seamlessly integrates into existing systems and delivers all of the management information firms need out of the box.
Graham said: “We have had a big impact in the legal sector, but we can now do even more. This rebrand and next generation software marks a turning point for us and we will not only consolidate our position as the market leader for small and medium-sized law firms, we will go further and become a trusted name across the profession.”
