PUPILS at a Colne Valley school staged a French Week to find out more about the country – and raise cash for charity.
Youngsters at Linthwaite Ardron CE Junior and Infant School wore fancy dress on a French theme and also ran a fruit shop to raise £125 for charity Children with Diabetes in the UK.

The event was organised by stage 2 coordinator Elizabeth Dalton, French co-ordinator Michelle Degville and classroom assistant Sarah Peacock.
