Vehicle incident management firm FMG has sealed a three-year deal with one of the world’s top 20 insurers.

Huddersfield-based FMG will provide delegated claims management services for QBE’s substantial portfolio of UK motor fleet customers.

As part of the deal, FMG will provide a round-the-clock service, UK-wide repair management and a comprehensive package of third party “capture” services. FMG will be working with QBE, its brokers and customers to improve incident reporting times and optimise the entire claims management life-cycle.
