A NEW guide to ‘green’ construction has been created by a Huddersfield firm.
Creative Technical Marketing, based at Clayton West, was commissioned to produce the guide by Meltham-based ABG Ltd to explain to architects and specifiers the benefits of using ABG’s green roof drainage system in their designs.
The Guide to Green Roofs is now in its fourth print and has been extended to 20 pages – reflecting the interest shown by thousands of visitors to major construction exhibitions in the ‘green’ construction sector.
Creative Technical Marketing provides industrial marketing services and technical publications to businesses in the construction, engineering and science sectors. It aims to produce user-friendly and accessible technical literature that also projects a strong brand for its clients.
The guide for ABG Ltd, featuring technical information, illustrations and photographs, was produced for the Building Schools Exhibition and Conference, which attracted more than 5,000 attendees and 270 exhibitors.
Darren Pogson, marketing engineer for Creative Technical Marketing, said: “The Government is set to invest about £100bn from now until 2020 in rebuilding and renewing all schools in the UK.
“This funding is supported by new Government money for marketing sustainability and product innovation.”.
