Huddersfield Town is building a new partnership.

The club has signed a new commercial partnership agreement with buy-to-let property experts Bastion Estates.

The Huddersfield-based company has a team of property professionals boasting a combined 90 years experience in the property industry.

Bastion offers an array of below market value property, discounted new build property, pre-tenanted property and other high yielding residential opportunities.

As part of the agreement, Bastion Estates will sponsor the first team changing room at the John Smith’s Stadium as well as offering special deals to Town fans.

Tracy Nelson, the club’s senior commercial manager, said: “We’re delighted to enter into this new agreement with Bastion Estates – one of the industry leaders in its field.

“As a club we work with companies of all sizes, but it’s particularly pleasing as ‘The Yorkshire Club’ to work with another progressive Huddersfield-based firm.

“This partnership will see Bastion Estates work with all areas of the club, from new business-to-business connections to offers for our fan base to take advantage of and save money.”

Bastion Estates director Guy Davis said: “As a lifelong fan, it’s a pleasure to join the commercial partners supporting Huddersfield Town.

“Not only will we bring new opportunities for the club, but also to its fellow business supporters, fans and players alike.”
