LEEDS Building Society has appointed Mark Stevens as director of strategy.
Mr Stevens (pictured) has a masters degree in economics from Cambridge University and an MBA from Stanford University Business School.
He will join the UKs fifth-largest building society in September after a successful period as chief executive of Yorkshire Cancer Research.
His previous roles include group sales director at Bradford & Bingley plc, where he was also managing director for group strategy.
