Insurer LV= has won a top award for customer satisfaction – for the second year running.

The company, which has operations at Folly Hall Mills in Huddersfield, won the Leadership Factor Best Return on Customer Service Investment Award at this year’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, which were held by the Institute of Customer Service. It is the second year running that LV= has picked up the accolade.

The awards, now in their third year, took place in and recognise and reward organisations delivering excellent and innovative customer service.

Judges were impressed with the work of LV= on its in-house learning tool, which is used at the company’s call centres to enable employees to share their knowledge and skills in order to help each other resolve customer’s queries, which in turn has improved customer service.
