Morrisons creates new corporate compliance and responsibility committee

SUPERMARKET company Morrisons has created a new board committee.

The Bradford-based retailer, which has stores at Waterloo and Meltham, has set up a new corporate compliance and responsibility committee under the chairmanship of non-executive director Nigel Robertson.

The new committee will oversee a range of areas including health and safety, community and social responsibility.
