Landlords will get the lowdown on latest property issues at an event to be held in Huddersfield.
Huddersfield-based accountancy firm Sheards is staging a free landlords workshop from 8am to 10am on Friday, November 28, at PPG Canalside on Leeds Road.
The session aims to offer advice and information on issues such as HM Revenue & Customs’ crackdown on undeclared lettings income, confusion around what can and can’t be claimed on tax returns – along with the ever-changing regulatory landscape.
Sheards’ sister company Sheards Wealth Management will also be on hand to assist with Buy to Let mortgages and independent financial advice
