A recruitment consultancy working with companies across the world has broken the £200m turnover barrier.

Brighouse-based Transline Group has been extending its presence in the UK and internationally, securing major retail and logistics contracts and creating strong partnerships across the supply chain sector.

The £200m sales mark compares with turnover of £108m in 2013.

Transline works with operations in the UK, Ireland, Eastern Europe, United Arab Emirates, Canada and Thailand.

The milestone achievement was welcomed by joint chief executives Paul Beasley and Jon Taylor.

Mr Beasley said: “The continued growth we have seen is an absolute testament to the unwavering hard work and dedication of the entire team.

“By establishing lasting partnerships with our existing clients and tailoring our services to create a bespoke experience for new clients, we are confident that we will continue to reach significant growth milestones.”

Mr Taylor said: “The growth we’re experiencing is fast but sustainable – we are constantly thinking of innovative ways to work with clients across the globe.

“We are a people-focused business developing industry-leading services and solutions that create thousands of employment opportunities.”

Transline, founded in 1989, by its joint chief executives, was named Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2014 since when it has opened new offices and achieved carbon neutral status after making significant investments to improve its processes and operations.

It was also ranked first in its category and 12th overall in The Recruiter’s list of the 50 fastest growing recruitment businesses.
