Law firm Eaton Smith has appointed solicitor Wendy Scott to the corporate and commercial team.
Ms Scott has worked in Manchester for a number of years as well as practising as an in-house solicitor for a global IT firm. She specialises in advising and preparing agreements on a broad range of commercial work, including terms and conditions, outsourcing agreements, software licencing and agency and distributor agreements.
