Five people have been injured in a two-car crash on a moorland road.
Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to Holmfirth Road, Greenfield, at 5.39pm, to reports of a head-on crash involving a Vauxhall Astra and a grey hatchback.
Three men from the Astra have been taken to hospital.
A man and a woman in the other car were not seriously hurt.
Greater Manchester Police closed the road as they dealt with the aftermath of the collision.
Two fire appliances from Mossley and Oldham attended the scene, along with technical rescue crews from Ashton.
The road has since reopened.
