As said above, Excel Parking have no authority to issue ‘fines’. They are not an authorised body like the council. They can only issue ‘charges’.
Therefore, Mr Greenwood, ignore this ‘charge’ and see if they try to take it further. No need to worry about it.

If Marsden Fire Station is no longer to be used by the fire service would it not be possible for the Mountain Rescue Team to rent it from whoever owns it?
Or will it just stand empty like the multi million pound Control Centre the fire service built and never used?
