ALMONDBURY: Jan 10. Sneak thief got inside house through unlocked upvc french door. Not yet known what has been stolen.

Jan 11. Raiders grabbed victim’s laptop computer bag and attempted to pull it off him. Suspect then punched victim and made off empty handed. Suspects described as two white males and one black male.

Jan 13. Raider sneaked in through unlocked side upvc door and stole handbag.

Jan 14. Burglar got into garage without causing damage and stole generator and Stihl saw.

FENAY BRIDGE: Jan 7. Sneak burglar reached through catflap on back kitchen door and removed key from lock to let himself in. Computer laptop, purse and jewellery stolen.

Jan 9. Vandal slashed two car tyres.

WATERLOO: Jan 8. Sneak thief got into ground floor integral garage through unlocked door and then made into the house and stole property including car keys. Keys then used to steal black Audi A4, reg Yl08VWR from rear driveway.

Jan 10. Raider removed handle from wooden utility door, but did not get inside.

Jan 9. Handle and door lock snapped on vehicle.

Raider got into van by unknown means and stole tools.

LASCELLES HALL: Jan 8. Burglar snapped europrofile lock on upvc french windows at back in attempt to get inside.

LEPTON: Jan 8. Raider removed side window and beading in attempt to get into garage.

Jan 8. Intruder got into workshop area of shed by forcing door, but nothing was taken.

Jan 9. Raider removed hinges from shed door to get inside and steal beer, clothing and rucksack.

DALTON: Jan 8. Thief got into unlocked vehicle and stole toolbox and boxed drill.

Jan 9. Thief forced door lock to get into shed and steal hand and power garden tools.

Jan 12. Raider broke security chain to get into house. Electrical goods and car keys stolen. Keys then used to steal Toyota Aygo which was later recovered.

RAWTHORPE: Jan 9. Burglar smashed back ground floor lounge window to get into flat activating alarm. Nothing stolen.

Jan 10. Raider assaulted and robbed victim in his home. Youth arrested and charged.

Jan 12. Raider got into house through top opening of living room window disturbing victim who was asleep on sofa. Victim woke up and intruder engaged him in conversation before stealing his mobile phone. Man arrested and charged.

KIRKHEATON: Jan 8. Batteries stolen from temporary traffic lights.

Jan 8. Bike stolen from back garden of house.

BRADLEY MILLS: Vandal scratched vehicle paintwork and cracked offside headlight glass.

ASPLEY: Jan 9. Suspects got into portable cabin through unlocked door and took Stihl saw and mobile phone into a waiting car (small silver MPV). Site foreman saw car on site and went to investigate and saw one of suspects trying to carry another tool from another portable cabin to the car. Suspect then dropped tool and got into car which made off. Suspect 1 - white man, early 20s wearing high visibility coat and black woolly hat. Second suspect was in car.

NEWSOME: Jan 11. Vandal jumped onto vehicle causing damage to roof and bonnet.

Jan 13. Thief went into garden and stole stone flags using neighbour’s wheelbarrow to take them away.

Jan 14.Suspects arrived in vehicle and told security guard they had been given permission to take generator. Security asked for ID and guard then went into office to get signing in book. When he got back suspects had made off with generator in silver 4x4.

Jan 15. Vandal smashed downstairs front window of house.

FOLLY HALL: Jan 13. John Beaumont Ltd, Firth Street. Thief went into yard and stole gas oil from storage container.

BERRY BROW: Jan 12. Burglar used bricks to smash ground floor bedroom window to get into house and got out using keys to open back door. Jewellery stolen. Youth later arrested.

LOWERHOUSES: Jan 12. Number plate stolen from parked vehicle.

Little Angels Day Nursery, Lowerhouses Lane, Jan 13. Rear number plate stolen from vehicle.

TOWN CENTRE: Jan 10. Firth Point, Firth Street. Bike attached to chain and padlock stolen.

Trinity Street. Jan 10. Burglar forced open back lower ground floor window to get into house and stole laptop computer.

Jan 11. Bus Station, Upperhead Row. Phone left on top free standing cash machine stolen.

Jan 12. Mavericks Bar/Club, King Street. Thief stole handbag from cloakroom.

Jan 12. Parish Pump, Kirkgate. Mobile phone stolen from table in pub.

Jan 12. Royal Swan, Westgate. Handbag stolen from under table in pub.

Jan 12. McDonald’s, Kirkgate. Thief bumped into victim then stole mobile phone from victim’s pocket.

Jan 13. Mavericks, King Street. Mobile phone stolen from clutch bag carried by victim.
