A WOMAN has completed a skydive to raise money for St Josephs rugby club in Huddersfield.

Kim Garside completed the skydive despite the foggy conditions, which looked likely to halt the dive.

She completed the jump in order to raise funds for St Josephs rugby club, in Fartown, where she had volunteered for the last 10 years.

After going through her pre-jump training she donned her overalls, goggles and helmet and boarded the plane.

The jump took place over the airfield in Bridlington after gaining height over Flamborough Head.

The jump was completed with a tandem partner and was successfully landed.

If anyone would like to donate , Kim’s just giving page for raising money for the club is still open. It can be found at www.justgiving.com/KIMGARSIDE.
