Police alerted and suspect arrested. July 2. Attempt made to snap europrofile lock on upvc side door. No entry gained due to security anti-snap lock.
LINTHWAITE:June 28. Thief sneaked in through unlocked side door and stole TV. June 29. Raider snapped europrofile lock on upvc side patio doors and then snapped lock on front patio doors. Disturbed by neighbour and made off. Three men later arrested. June 29. Graffiti scratched on paintwork.
LONGWOOD: June 28. Padlocks removed from shed door but nothing stolen. CCTV camera mounted on wall outside building stolen. June 30. Brick used to smash glass panel in front wooden door.
MARSDEN: June 26. Back door lock of vehicle forced. June 28. Andel Ltd, Brougham Road: wooden panel removed to get into mill and steal copper piping. June 29. Bank Bottom Mills. Board forced from window, electricity cut off at fuse box and copper wiring stripped from building. June 29. Andel Ltd, Brougham Road. Razor wire removed and thieves climbed into compound, removed wooden door panel to enter mill and steal copper piping.
MILNSBRIDGE: June 25. Britannia Mills, Britannia Road. Wooden window panels removed and Stihl chain saw stolen. June 26. Decorative Panels Components Ltd, Grove Street. Secure door forced to gain entry into disused warehouse, activating alarm. Nothing stolen and suspects escape on foot. June 29. Decorative Panels Components Ltd: Glass pane removed from rear window. Nothing stolen. June 30. Direct Golf UK Ltd, Bankwell Road: Three suspects approach enclosed compound with one getting inside. Suspect then passed out several golf buggy batteries through fence. Police arrested all three suspects. July 1. Lower bedroom window smashed. Two suspects arrested.
OUTLANE: Raider forced driver’s window and set fire to vehicle.
