GRAFFITI CLEAN UPValley NPT officers tracked down a youth from the Woods Estate, in Marsden, after finding his ‘tag’ on the kitchen wall of his mother’s house. The ‘tag’ which reads ‘PSR’ could be seen all over Marsden and surrounding areas over the past few months. Working with a local Environmental Health Officer, Npc Tony Linney took the youth out where he was then instructed to clean up all graffiti in the area.
