Many people in Huddersfield are still waiting to hear about their valuation appeals, many months after handing over large sums of money to the firms run by Henry.
Stan Solomons, of Fixby, paid out £155 in 2011 and has heard nothing, despite numerous calls and emails to the firm.
He said: I rang them many times and told them I thought it was a clear case of deception.
“I had paid out and was told it could take a few months but when I challenged them, they blamed inefficiencies in the office.”
David Platt, of Golcar, paid out two fees, of £145 and £165, over six months to the firm, expecting to shave hundreds of his council tax bill.
He is still waiting.
